Hey guys! Starting Step 3 on Thursday and I'm so so excited but nervous!
What are losses like on this step. I know it takes you out of ketosis because of the introduction of carbs (nervous about this part and scared that it'll make me put on weight) but it's still fairly LCD and healthy and lean so just wondering how successful people have been losing on this step
