Losing weight to help me become a mummy!!!

    I have been on here before and posted abit but mainly lurked about and then went into hiding!

    Bit of Background About Me

    I am 26 years old and married to my best friend! I have struggled with my weight for many years and have pcos (which doesn't help).

    I am just starting fertility treatment and the specialist said my weight is fine!! But I am still not happy so here I am!

    I have been heavier than what I am now as you can see from the pics ( I lost some weight before joining SW but then hit a brick wall).

    These are my mini goals

    BMI from overweight to healthy

    Achieve Club 10

    Complete Race for Life (Walking)

    Complete Race for Life (Jogging/Running)

    Weigh less than my husband

    Lose 1 stone

    Reach Target

    Todays food diary

    Breakfast- Egg, veggie sausages and beans

    Snack- Muller light yoghurt

    Snack- Bag of mini eggs (whoops)

    Dinner- Sausage pasta bake

    Hi im ee :) and no not that day as was soooo busy driving round lol

    Today I finished work early and just got home! Thinking about my weigh in on Wednesday as I don't think I have lost :(

    Food today was

    Breakfast- Cereal Bar


    Lunch- Mug shot

    Snack- wotsits

    Snack- muller light

    Dinner- jacket potato and beans tuna and cheese

    yes yes I know I am over doing the cheese lol
