LOSS 10lb in first 3 weeks! SO EASY!

I've tried every diet going: Cambridge, Low Carb (South Beach), Weight Watchers, Atkins.....

And for some reason I loose vast amounts of weight, but cannot sustain it.

I joined Slimming World 3 weeks ago, and have lost 10lb quite simply by eating! I thought my diet was already faultless, but boy with a few minor 'tweaks' I am steadily loosing weight, feeling great, and following a diet that I know will now be with me for life.

The best thing is that my stubborn (also overweight) partner has cottoned on to my way of eating and is loving it too!

I have one 'blow out' as I call it per week (naughty meal i.e. Thai), and the other 6 days I follow the low fat options with ease.
This diet fits in so well with my lifestyle....

I can see that I will easily reach my 2 stone target loss by the time I go on holiday in October.

Well done to anyone else succeeding like I am

I've been on doing the extra easy from end of May and lost my 1st stone last week just 1 more to go! Hope the 2nd comes off as easy!! lol!
I'm the same as you, have a naughty night and apart from that the diet is quite simple!
You keep it going and you'll be at target in no time! :cool:
