Losses in 2018

Hi everyone

Been rubbish at dieting this year but have finally started again & hope I will stick at it this time. 3 stone to lose - reset my stats!

I know the feeling Julia. I have only recently restarted after about five months off the wagon. But here I am.
We ca do it. Just one day at a time, and start fresh every morning.

Up 0.6lb this morning. Disappointed with that result but I will push on.
Didn't exercise today either as my ankles are swollen. No idea why but hopefully they will return to normal size and I can get back to it.

Happy New Year all.
The restart didn't last for a million reasons but ever the optimist I am restarting again for 2019.
It is frightening how much weight I have actually put on but a line has been drawn and I hope to start 2020 a lot lighter.
