It's not fair I only lost a 1/4 of a pound not even half a pound, I pointed all week maybe went over just a lil and this is all I lose. I binged for 3 days a while back and still managed to lose a pound. So sorry everyone am really upset I just didn't expect it and now am scared next week wont be good as I blew it this afternoon and ate 6 kebabs which where deep fried and I think that was all my points arghhhh!!!! Wot shall I do??
