Total Solution lost 4.5st, got 2st left BUT NOW GETTING FLAB!!

hi everyone.
im 2st off my target.gone from.16.5lb to 12.3lb since feb after having baby. ive always been a bum thigh hip when it comes to my weight distribution but been quite tight!! now losing weight im.finding im getting more flabby and my hips are wiggly in shape now! i can grab fat round my hips n waist. im all floppy!! i know exercise helps n i love gym but aint been pst 3weeks coz doing ts and i dont lose weight when i go gym,.i stay same weight!! so annoying. will my flab go as i lose more weight ?? or wait till im.at goal and then go gym??

Congrats on geting soooo close to ur goal weight!!! U must be feeling amazing!
I hav just started exante (day4) and have the same question, shd i wait till i am at goal or start gym. Like u I dont seem to lose weight when i workout. But after reading up on it I (googling), I have decided that am just gonna do few toning exercises at home probably 2-3 times a week, starting a week from now and gonna see what happens. If weight loss slows down,I will probably cut it down even further. I will probably start upping it closer to goal as well.

I dont know if that helps but maybe a few squats and lunges as toning exercises. I am no expert and I would welcome more input into this as well :)

you need to excercise whilst losing the weight hun be left with less 'flab' then, it will speed up weight loss too :) xx
