I had to weigh myself today after just 5 days so I can then weigh in every monday same as my oh who is on slimfast,( keeps us the same ) I was pleased with the 5lb lost as it has taken me lots and lots of restarts to get to day 6 today, I was in dispair of ever getting here, so now Im in for the long haul, Im going on hols to Scarborough in 2 weeks and am hoping to keep to my diet so fingers crossed....the only slight prob I am having is that I am never off the loo and I am defo not constipated if you know what I mean lol when I was on Lipotrim I could not go without lots of help from senocot or duclose pearls but on Exante everytime I have a shake Im never off the loo, but saying that I prefer this to being unable to go might even help with the weight loss...Sorry for the ramble anyways if you are restarting please try to keep going as everytime you fail you have to go through the getting to ketosis stage all over again this stopped me sabbotaging myself this time when somebody put that on here and I realised just what I was doing,Best of Luck on your journey and keep going x

I might be a combination of all the vitamins and minerals that have given you the trotts, it can effect some people around day 6, but will tail off after that :D

Well done so far and good luck for the next WI!! :)

wow, congrats on your progress!! I hope that will be me next week :) :)

as for the loo, any time you make a drastic change in diet it can result in that happening. same with pets, they react the same to a change in diet. it will at least help flush out your colon and keep it healthy. :)
