Lost my way!

    Had a pretty good 1st week-took me a while to get my head round the plan,and managed to loose 2lb on extra easy.

    But this week i have just had a shocker,since saturday,its just gone down hill and fast,my boyfriend is not support at all,i do have a friend who is doing this with me and she is doing fantastic,but i feelim pestering her every day by texting her.
    i think some of problems have been the recipes,i have tried about 5 now and 3 have turned out awful,and its put me on a real downer,i cant just throw food together and make a meal because i dont know what goes with what,and i have to fancy it before i can eat it. :-(!! i really need to get back on it x:cry:

    Hi Rach

    Stick at it - it is disheartening when recipes don't work - we all have those disasters! I am sure your friend doesn't mind you texting but there is loads of support here as well

    I would just get some ideas from other people's diaries and the recipe section but keep it simple and stick to things you know you like. I have some real standards like pasta bolognese, stir fries, SW chips which are tried and tested. Also, if you have any fave meals, post up and ask for help with making them SW friendly - it's amazing how inventive people get!

    Thank you,its really nice of you too help too.I noticed you commented on my food diary too and i really appriciate it!!i know i can do it,ive done it before,im at weigh in tmoz and kno i have put on,but im going to try again next week and see where i get too!!

    Well I managed to loose 1lb this week so this week I plan to not get cocky and follow plan 100% and hopefully I'll get a loss and my horrible week will not catch up with me x

    aw thanks lovely!!!im really struggling with superfree and getting it all in my recipes,i need to plan my meals in but i just havnt had the time ;-( x

    Slowly cutting out refined sugar and cooking more from scratch
    Its one of the reasons I don't do EE all the time as I struggled with the 1/3 superfree. I do the odd EE days in fact i've had an EE week this week but found it easier as I've been on plan for months now and have several recipe ideas.

    Have a look through ie 'whats for tea', 'whats for lunch' 'whats for breakfast' some fab ideas on these threads. Look through a few diaries. Write down ideas you fancy.

    I love for example oat so simple plain, milk, 1 syn of golden syrup, and then I stir in a handful of frozen berries :D for brekkie.

    You could look at the list of superfree foods working out which you like and work a meal out around it? Recipes don't have to be time consuming, if they did I would have been gone a long time ago :D its all about setting yourself up to succeed sweetie, chose food you enjoy and adapt them to be sw friendly.
