Ok had a nice family meal tonight but had too many wines and soo over ate, back on track tomorrow just hope its not a mission getting back into ketosis, have been sick lots, not planned but not guiltily either,
Smack your wrists and get back on the exante train quickly. If you're tempted again remember the rough feeling you had after, don't let it bother you, just start fresh x
Well think I've been extremely lucky as I woke up this morning with a very sore head (don't miss that) but I've not been hungry at all today, I've cooked a chicken roast dinner for my family but only had broccoli, cauliflower, chicken and some brussels, prob had same size portion as my 4yr old lol.
Fingers crossed with some exercise this week I won't have done too much damage xxx
I too have had a bad weekend. Started Friday night. I was on Day 39 of TS and had 2 slices of toast and 3 weetabix. Got up Saturday morning and ready and raring to go on TS again but went out Saturday night for the first time this year. I needed to make sure I was definately out of ketosis so only had one shake that day and a packet of crisps. Had 4 triple vodkas but no food. Anyway, tonight I have had 2 onion bhaji's from the Indians
Definately back on track tomorrow but not looking forward to the headache. Hope it doesnt take me too long to get back into the swing.
