Louise is Losing It!

Well - hopefully, anyway!!

Have joined Body Optimise 2 days ago - started SW eating yesterday. WI at 13st 6lb - have a couple of mini targets but ultimate target is to get into size 12s (not so fussed on the weight for that yet - will be if I ever get there!!:p)

Now - how do I do one of those ticker thingys.... will have a womble and see what I can find.... :)

Thank you for that - will have another bash as my first one doesn't appear to have worked! ;)

First WI tomorrow.... must try and post on here daily to motivate myself

Hmm - posting daily is already not working!

Anyway, WI yesterday showed a loss of 2lb. I'm ok with that - not ecstatic, I would have liked to have lost more on week 1 - but at least that's 2lb gone :)
