grapefruit and melon for breakfast.

salad,2 drumsticks(skin removed),sw frittata with peppers,onion. satsuma for lunch.

cauliflower,mushy peas,frozen peas,cottage pie(ex lean mince(drained) onion,pots mashed) added water and oxo to meat to make gravy( after draining it).( thickened with smash).

hexa for milk in rice pudding.(rice,skimmed milk,water,sweetener)

2 cups black coffee, 2 500ml bottles water.

Cant think what to have as syns/hexb.

how long have you been doing sw?
on and off since 1995.But I haven't lost for nearly 6 weeks and need help to work out why-thats why i posted my diary. will post another later. Thanks for replying x

That looks fine to me, maybe have your HEB as Oil to cook the mince in the cottage pie or treat yourself to 2 Alpen Light Bars with a cuppa as supper?

For hexb thought I had alpen/fibre plus in cupboard but just found out dh eaten them!!Not pleased cos nothing else here I could use.
