Hello, im keeping track of my diary seems to help others so here we go!

B: 3 slices of bacon & 1 egg - 2 slices of toast (HE)
L: Chicken Super Noodles
D: experimented tonight with SW thai green curry - disaster and only ate a bit so only 1 syn was counted. Otherwise it would have been 3 - think i didn't leave it long enough to infuse and used way too much corriander and lime - YUCK!

Snacks: pear, punnet of grapes, fat free yoghurt

Light Chocolate & Fudge Cereal Bars 3
Butter, full fat 2
Super Noodles, Chicken, made up as directed, dried 3½
Coconut Cream 1
Natural Yogurt, Low Fat 1½
Galaxy Galaxy Hot Chocolate Bliss, dried 3½

God i have been such a fat pigglet over the past couple of days, have just left work (currently job hunting) i dread to think about how many syns ive had, got to be near the 5,000 mark - opps

today ive had my HEa and b of two bits of toast and 3 babybells

but its the extra 20g cheese (ok i ate three of them), the extra two babybells, the yoghurt (WAS LOW FAT! although the following kinda takes over that) the chicken nugget happy meal, the cider, the pimms all of that is my cause of concern...

the only free food i have had i one orange, and an egg, lamb steak and cabbage....

oh and i did try the 0 syn chicken super noodles, which made me want to throw up so in future im sticking to the 3/4 syns ones - id rather enjoy them :)

am really annoyed with myself to be honest - am going to try and be very well behaved tomorrow
