Right im motivated to lose my 10lb in the april challenge and i am going to keep a food diary here starting tomorrow as thats the first day

I DO as a ruke keep one at home but tbh im the only one who ever sees it and i think its lost the impact on me that it used to have - cos who knows when i rip a page out and start the next day :rolleyes: but i will feel more likely to stick to it if i have to put it up here for everyone to see :D

so i will be back on this thread tomorrow for day 1

It's a great idea to keep your diary on here for all to see, and I know exactly what you mean about ripping those pages out and no one knowing about it, hehe!

Ok Monday

10.30 am - Banana

1.30 - Grilled Steak, Chips, 2 Eggs, peas
Profiteroles ( i ordered a portion but only ate 2 1/2 and one scoop of ice cream :D hence the small breakfast today)

7.30 - 2 slices wholemeal toast, marmalade

8.30 - Apple

2.5 milk points used in coffee

hey good luck i am also doing myself a april challenge and i have 10 people doing it with me too! (its on my website if you like to look)

i aim is to lose 10llb this month - start on 1st end that the end(of course lol)

Uh oh what can i say apart from this went totally t*ts up and i have not been good AT ALL - i lost 4lb in week one of the challenge and have put that back on on :rolleyes:

but started back on track yesterday writing it down and i have had

Brekfast - 2 slices toast with thin spread of marmalade
portion of strawberries

Snack - Packet of potato heads

Lunch ham and mushroom omlette made with 2 eggs
Packet of potato heads
Skiny cow lolly

Snack apple

Dinner - chicken breast, baby potatoes, homemade colslaw, 1 pickled egg and salad
melon medley with ice cream

supper 2x mini packs of cadbury buttons

Any additional points were used up for milk in my coffee through the day

Thursday

Breakfast 10.30 - 2 eggs scrambled and mushrooms on toast
Strawberries

Snack - packet WW crisps

Lunch 3.30 - 3 slices cooked turkey breasy
Colslaw
salad
Potato heads x 1 packet

Snack - 1 mini packet of chocolate buttons

Dinner 7.00 - 2 slices toast and margarine
Chocolate macoroon ( homemade WW recipe )
Snack a jack popcorn
Strawberries

Evening snack 9.30 - Melon and ice cream
1 x chocolate macoroon

Well done for getting back on track, it's always so hard to get back on the wagon.

Like Starlight said your menu looks really good - Snack a Jack popcorn, does that taste anything like normal popcorn? If so I might give that a try! :)

It really does taste like popcorn and isnt too salty but enough to satisfy my crisp craving

Also as its only 0.5 points per packer when watching films you dont feel guilty for emptying a few packs into a bowl and vegging out :D

Its going ok thanks for asking, i did my exercise dvd Thursday for the first time in a long time ( i use the gym but its not the same ) and boy oh boy do i ache :rotflmao:

I keep forgetting to write my diary on here becuase by the end of the day i was making notes and points but forgetting what they were by the end of the day :rotflmao:
