Lovely dinner! Low points

    Get mushrooms, cherry tomatoes onions and whatever veg you fancy and put it in a Pyrex dish in the oven with a few olive oil sprays.. Cook some couscous just with water and then add all together with some low fat feta crumbled in!!! Yum and quite low!! X

    I love my meat but it's actually quite nice without. Mm or some weight watchers sausages cut up too :) x
