Loving CCing

I gave up on diets and was sick of having eat certain foods just because they were on a plan, have been properly CCing for the last 2 weeks and lost 11lbs! Im not restrictng myself either and im logging everything on mfp. Its very liberating knowing I can have what I want but I am consciously trying to eat good calories :) mainly unprocessed food.

I'm considering converting to calorie counting. Lost 2 stone with slimming world for my wedding and now can't seem to stick to any sort of plan!

I'm doing it the old fashioned way, notebook and pen..haha!

Lol, that really is old school - I used to do that in the 80s, using Slimming Magazine's Greatest Guide to Calories. Thank goodness for MFP!! :) xx
