Red Days Loving red days...

I've done red days the last 2 days and haven't felt hungry, while I was sure I'd be starving on red days, I actually feel just as satisfied as I do on green days if not more.
Id like someone just to check I've done it right and not made any mistakes..

Breakfast
2 Alpen Light bars (HExB)

Snack
Satsuma

Lunch
Chicken with veg, a hard boiled egg and 1 light Dairylea triangle (part of my HExA)

Snack
Apple
Hard boiled egg

Then for dinner I'm planning on a bowl of Bran flakes (HExB) with semi skimmed milk (HExA) and a curly wurly for some syns.

Does that sound right or not? Thankyou
 
It's okay for a red day but to be honest there's not an awful lot of food on there!!
I would be starving with a bowl of bran flakes for my tea!
 
So, you've detailed your snacks & heb's & syns but I'm struggling to see any actual meals in there, except lunch. For Christ sake eat some food!
 
That's what I'm saying, eating that for lunch then a snack is filling me up. So should I eat even if I'm not hungry? I've had branflakes now, but could always add something else
 
No, you shouldn't eat if you are not hungry but you should have more meals.

Have a proper lunch and dinner and don't snack if you don't need it.
 
god im always cooking meals i love them im finding now after losing half a stone that i cant clear my plate like i could 9 weeks ago when i first started so im reducing portion sizes now
i have chicken garlic kiev chips and salad
spag bol quorn or mince
canneloni
chick pea dahl bake
jacket pot beans cheese and salad
spicy chicken drumstick chips and coleslaw beans
oh i eat all sorts
and my synned stuff of usually
twister lolly
walkers baked
rich tea fingers
sometimes only one sometimes all of them : D

today was my wi day and i wi at 5.00pm so i eat quite lightly today
so i had
no breakfast not intentional tho
mackeral and salad
oranges melon apple
then a jacket spud with bolognese on top for tea after weigh in

i find when i eat less and starve myself im not happy and the plan doesnt work
but i eat more and lose

so EAT SOME FOOD!!!! : D

Haha. I'm doing a green day tomorrow and tend to eat more on them. Must say I'm looking forward to a jacket potato with cheese and beans!!
