I've always been put off because I'd have to cook meals specifically for me. Both kids have eating issues so dried food, nuggets, chips kind of thing for one (he's autistic)
Pasta, rice with a meat for the other (she's got ADHD and possible autism) their dad is diabetic and has colitis. So it's been 4 different teas.

I almost feel guilty how good mine have been and they take no time at all. Tonight was chilli con carne without beans (hate beans) but mushrooms in instead with chopped onion, garlic and chopped tomatoes with rice. There's 2 good portions left that I can freeze too.

If you cook from scratch (which you have to really on SW) there is no limit to the yummy meals you can make. Enjoy and good luck!
