low cal dairy free recipies anyone?

I found out a few weeks ago that I'm a bit lactose intolerant... not so bad as I'll die if I eat a slice of cheese, but I tend to suffer from discomfort after eating milky things...

so I wondered if any of you knew any low calorie diets that were also milk free

Cambridge diet do a lactose free version. Best bet to post on their forum and somebody there will be able to help.
