Low calorie lunches?! hellpppp :)

Im going shopping later to buy food for the next few days, this is my first week calorie counting, im at uni 4 days a week and often take sandwiches or pitta bread. On fridays I work at a nursery my lunch is usually about 11.30 til 12.15 and then i dont finish until about 6 so i need something thats filling, im 19 and go out on most fridays, i know this will make my weight loss slower but im not going to stop my life!

basically without rambling on (!) i was just wondering if anyone has any ideas of what i could make for my lunch thats low calorie and filling as i want to save a few calories for drinks in the evening !

Hi, I know it doesn't sound it, but I find carrot, cucumber, pepper sticks with houmous really filling. I am always trying to find lunch options which doesn't involve bread which is really tricky.
Will be interested to hear some more ideas...... x

Aww that a good idea :) i love cucumber sticks aswell,

on tuesday i had a quorn chicken pitta which is really filling:) i filled it with salad a extra light mayonaise and quorn chicken pieces:) fills me up loads :)
