Low carb inc fruit

[Size 16 Will Do]

Thought I would post over here as other low carb boards seem quiet.

Just wondering if any of the lower carb plans allow fruit eg south beach, ducan.

I know atkins doesnt and I have the book.

Wanting to do something different from weight watchers but don't really know what.??

Today i am having

Boiled eggs and mayo

Salad with trout and feta
strawberries, yogurt and grapes

SF jelly

Chicken and veg
sweet snack needed tonight??

I do like something sweet after meals but wonder what youhave on atkins or other low carb plans x

hi hun how about you whip up some double cream with a little bit of sweetener mixed in.

On the second level of Atkins (ongoing weight loss) you can add some berries and nuts in. Do you have the book? If not the stickys are a great place to start.
