    Thought you might be interested in this.

    I'm a little wary of the claim of that much extra weight loss in general. Would expect maybe just a 'touch' more as other research shows, so think they have included the first week water weight.

    Still, lots of other benefits to ketosis and an interesting article to pass on to the disbelievers :)
