Hi,

I am following slimming world from abroad and they don't have very low fat yoghurt here, just low fat. I looked in the syn book and it said half a syn for 100g for low fat natural yoghurt but when I was browsing on here some one said that low fat asda natural yoghurt was one syn per 100g.
Is there anyway someone could let me know what the syn value of this low fat natural yoghurt is?

(per 100g)
fat - 1.1g
protein - 4.6g
carbs-7.0
energy - 57kcal

Thanks!!!

1 Syn per 100g

Can you get fat free fromage frais instead? Always a good alternative!

Depends what youre using it for really... I wouldnt want to eat it neat like a dessert!

Actually dairy produce is pretty limited here. They just have low fat versions of things not very low fat or fat free. To be honest I don't mind low fat yoghurt but fat free is a little sour for my taste and I don't like to eat too many artificial sweeteners.
Thanks again for all the help :)
