Weight watches lemon slices = 2syns per 1 and half slices very sweet and divine with a hot chocolate (options)
I have them with a friend so I dont eat the whole tray =D not a fan of lemon cake or icing but these are heavenly xx

Super low fat noodles are a fave of mine as they are quick, easy and syn free on EE (flavours Thai Sweet Chilli, Chicken and Herb and Bacon) - have them with some veg and maybe cooked meat and makes a tasty meal!
