Low pount cookie recipe

    55g butter
    100g caster sugar
    50g brown sugar
    1 egg White
    1tsp vanilla ess
    130g flour
    1/2tsp baking soda
    1/2tsp Salt
    100g chic chips
    30g coco powder
    (I add 1tsp coffee granules as intensifies choc flavour)

    Heat oven to 180c.
    Cream sugar and butter together. Add in vanilla and egg, mix together. Add in dry ingredients, mix and add in choc chips. Make into 30 balls.
    Cook for 8-10 mins.
    Serve

    1 cookie=2pp 2 cookies=3pp

    So good :) enjoy:)

    Ohhh I also use low fat butter though it doesn't say so in recipe. Jut still point the same :D

    I actually have no idea. The recipe came with nutritional info so worked from there. I'd say cocoa isn't bad as it's sugar free I think or less sugar than hot choc :)

    Looked it up there, 1 Cup or 116g of cocoa powder is 10pp. So depends on how much you use :D
