I just started induction today, for breakfast i had mushrooms, eggs, bacon and a sausage but I found it to be quite dry. I need ketchup! I'm not a fan of Mayo, is the reduced sugar ketchup allowed?

Has anyone got ideas on what I could do?

I'm the same, it's the one condiment I refused to drop! I used to just have the normal Heinz ketchup - about 4 carbs per serving. I just bought some of the reduced sugar/salt Heinz one - I think 2.7 carbs per serving. It's never really stalled me or anything.

I think I've read J2 say that there's one from the lowcarbmegastore that's pretty good.

    Hi yes
Heinz has 3 - the normal one, the reduced sugar one (both in shops) and one carb (per tbls) version available on LCM. That's what we have and tastes just like regular :)

There are some other brands too but stuck with the flavour i like!
