You could make your own burgers, by using extra lean mince, onion finely chopped, seasoning and then do them on the bbq. They will be free on original and extra easy. You could have them with a 57g wholemeal roll as your healthy extra B choice and maybe top it with cheese and your healthy extra A and some bacon with fat cut off, also free on original, extra easy. This months slimmign world mag has loads in about bbqs and some tasty recipes!!

Thanks, we've made the SW burgers from this month's mag twice now, and they are yummy, but I'm being lazy and wanted to buy some. :eek:

Off the top of my head, Iceland burgers (8pack) 3 syns each.

Tesco Light Choices 4 pack of quarterpounders are only 1.5 syns each hun. So the whole pack is only 6 syns.
