Low syn mints?!

Hi

Im hoping somebody can help...somebody bought back sweets from their holiday at work and some of which were chewy mints...i had one and it actually stopped me thinking about the next thing i was going to eat!! Does anyone know any low syn mints, either chewy or hard?!

i love my mints would not cope without them lol

i just stick with chewing gum... 1/2 syn for 4 bits
