    Hi there,

Does anyone have any low syn pudding/recipe ideas that don't use artificial sweetner?

I heard you could use crushed up ryvita's instead of scan bran

I dont either, replaced them with ryvita instead. Not seen scan bran in supermarkets but have seen in holland and barret, they were around £1.30 for 8. x

Options hot chocolate (cherry or chocolate brownie) mixed in with some fat free natural yoghurt, it's so good, and goes all thick and yummy. I have it when I'm having a chocolate craving.

Not sure of the syn value but I'm sure it's around 2 syns.

I buy scan bran from the vit-shop online. It is about £1.00 a pack but you have to pay postage so best to buy it in bulk from them. I am addicted to the stuff so brought 50 packs last time :D
