Low syn Scotch Eggs...how to make ??

Hi peeps

I'd love to make the SW version of Scotch Eggs but i have a problem with the recipe...I can't find any syn free sausages over here (Germany) so i was thinking of using seasoned mince pork instead. Thing is, i'm not sure how much fat the mince is allowed to contain to be classed as low fat. Does anyone know how much fat syn free sausages usually contain so i could use the info as a guideline ?

Also, i can't get hold of Scan Bran so i'm not sure what to use as a coating . Do you guys think i could use polenta instead ?
