low syn stirfry sauce

Anyone know of any low syn stirfry sauces...shop bought or even a yum home made one, but not sweet n sour im not too fond of that?? Help much appreciated!

have you tried diet coke chicken?? I use the sauce from that recipe but for stir fry instead! did a beef one an it was lovely. also chicken stifry, still very nice x

heres my stir fry / chow mein. with diet coke chicken...

an this is the beef one. more sauce this time as thought would be nice, (which it was) just less veg as didnt have in what i thought lol

Thank u, I havent tried diet coke chicken yet. Im not sure about it but everyone seems to love it so im going to have to give it a try....your food looks yummy!!

Pete’s Sweet & Sour Sauce

Ingredients


1Tbsp. sweetener
1Tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp blue dragon oyster oil 1syn
1 tsp toasted sesame oil 2syn
1 spring onion, finely chopped (s)(sff)
1 garlic clove, finely chopped (sff)
1 tsp “very lazy garlic (sff)
1 tsp “very lazy” ginger, finely chopped
1 tsp very lazy” chilli (s)(sff)
1 tsp 5 spice
1 tbsp runny honey
3 Tbsp. water
Salt & pepper

Method

In a small frying pan, add the ingredients and over a low heat, cook, stirring from time to time to blend, season with salt & pepper. Cook until it thickens then add to the stir-fry.
