    I can feel myself slipping, not calorie counting and simply guessing (most likely wrongly) at my daily intake - meaning that my weight loss is no-way as large as it should be.

    So I have decided that a diary should help me keep on track.

    My daily allowance is 1800 calories, I'll start this tomorrow.

    Powersnack - Apple (50cal)
    Lunch - 2 yellow portion pots of pasta and sweetcorn (400ish cal)
    Powersnack - sugar free jelly (8cal)
    Dinner - Rice and sweetcorn (362cal)
    Pudding - 2 Pink n whites (100cal)
    High fat choice - Skinny cow double chocolate ice cream (87cal)
    Lowfat or alcohol - Packet of iced gems (100cal)

    TOTAL: 1,107


    Under my 1,800 cal a day limit :)

    If you eat too few calories you will not lose weight as it will go into famine mode and store all your fat!

    Also where are your 5 a day! Add in some green veggies (love broccoli!) and another bit of fruit maybe :)

    Person cannot live off Pink & Whites alone (if only we could!)

    However sure expert will be along soon with a wee bit better advice!

    Lunch - 2 chicken sandwiches. (360cal each)
    Powersnack - Sugarfree jelly (8cal)
    Dinner - Chicken sandwich (360cal)
    Pudding - Muller yogurt (147cal)
    High fat choice - Skinny Cow ice cream (87cal)
    Low fat or alcohol - 2 pink n whites (100cal)


    TOTAL : 1,519

    Exercise: 35 minutes wiifit.

    I'm a pretty fussy eater, don't like spices or sauces, always have been fussy so it's hard finding things I will actually eat.

    Lowfat or alcohol - iced gems (98cals)

    Excercise: 30 Minutes wiifit.

    Had to have a bloodtest today, which always makes me really dizzy and puts me off my food. Weigh in day tomorrow!

    I'm going to pretend the last couple of days didn't happen! Saturday I didn't eat anything all day, then it got to about 9pm and I started getting hungry - I caved and ordered Chicken balls and chips from the local chinese, still threw most of it away.

    Chicken balls x 6 (270cals), Eggfried rice (250cals), Chips (130cal).

    TOTAL: 650cals
    Calorie count okay, the 5% fat rule not obeyed *hangs head in shame*

    Today I had to have my weekly sin at my parents house as mum always cooks a roast.

    Eaten today:

    Breakfast & Lunch: Toast (265cals)
    Dinner: Roast potatoes (300cals), parsnip (10cals), sweetcorn & peas (200cals) yorkshire puddings (182cals), chicken (171cals)
    Pudding: Small slice of chocolate cake (I was peer pressured into it!) (lets say about 300cals)

    TOTAL: 1,428

    Not too bad all things considering for today.

    Basically the 5g fat rule went out of the window over the weekend. Time to get back on track for tomorrow.

    Thanks HiimRachel, I tend to beat myself up over failings so it's nice to have some support. Thank you :)

    Breakfast - muller yogurt (147cals)
    Powersnack -
    Lunch - Rice (418cals), toast (160cals) (odd I know!)
    Powersnack -
    Dinner - Egg noodles (140cals), chow mein sauce (51cals) spring/salad onion (5cals), baby sweetcorn (15cals)
    Pudding -
    High fat choice - Skinny cow double chocolate ice cream, (89cals)
    Lowfat or alcohol -

    TOTAL = 1,022cals

    Exercise: 1 hour the biggest loser wii game.

    I better start eating my powersnacks or else I'm not going to keep up the calorie count.

    The white chocolate one is so-so, but the normal chocolate one is lurrrvly.

    Well, that didn't go well. Somehow gained three pounds this week. It's just made me more determined now though! No more slipping the leash!

    Breakfast - 5 plain Rivita (175cals)
    Powersnack - Cocopops cereal bar (87cals)
    Lunch -
    Powersnack -
    Dinner - pasta
    Pudding -
    High fat choice -
    TOTAL:

    Exercise: 45 minute aerobic class, 10 minutes toning.

    Just realised where I have been slipping up, didn't realise these noodles were 140cals per 100g, where as the bags of them are 410g! What a difference that makes to the calorie count!

    Turns out yesterdays noodle slip up wasn't the only one, I've been looking at the per 100g cal count and taking it as the entire contents calorie count. That's a big fat whoops! At least that means I should actually loose some weight now.

    Breakfast - muller yogurt (210cals), 2 rivitas plain (70cals)
    Powersnack -

    Lunch - Jacket potato plain (350cals)
    Powersnack - chocolate milk (205cals)
    Dinner - Pasta (250cals)
    Pudding -
    High fat choice -

    Total: 1,130
