Fat Geek to Thin Geek
Right so I finally got off my lardy bum and joined SW as a new club opened near me and I had no excuses! I prev did WW at home and I've got no self discipline so I lost 20lb then went up 5!!! :(

I'm starting a food diary so I can track what I'm using and get any help if I'm wrong :)

Today's HEXA is 250ml of semi skimmed milk for all my tea I drink lol!

Not sure on my Hex B yet.

Breakfast -

(F/HEX A)Tea :S as I woke up too late.

Lunch -

(SF) salad, apple, orange.
(F) Jacket Potato, Beans, MullerLight,
(S) Reduced Fat Honey & Mustered dressing. -1

Dinner -

(SF) Peppers, Onion, Courgette Babycorn, Sugarsnap peas,

(F) Pasta, Chicken breast.

(S) WW mozzarella & rocket sauce - 3

I decided to use 2 Alpen Lights as my HEXB :) only used 4 syns but have a Thai meal tomorrow :eek: :eek:

So far so good!

Breakfast

Coffee & skimmed milk with 1 sugar - 1 syn & part HEXA

Lunch

New potatoes, Salad, fry lighted carrot, courgette, red pepper, spring onion, garlic, chilli flakes, 2 rashers lean bacon, 2 boiled eggs with 2 tbsp Honey & Mustard low fat dressing - 1 syn

M&S papaya & strawberry fruit salad (grapes, melon, pineapple, stawberries, papaya)

For dinner I'm going for a chicken Pad Thai, boiled rice, and extra veg :) fingers crossed I think it should only be around 5 syns!
