It was easier than I would have expected after I got past day 3. By that point I'd kind of forgotten about eating Christmas, New Year and then my hubby being home on 2 weeks r&r quickly reminded me though so I'm back having a fresh start now xx

I'm just starting day 5 today. And I must say yesterday was when it all started to get a bit easier. Just about managing 2l water hope that's enough. If feels like it is as I'm never away from the loo! Hoping to c good results on scales Sunday! How's everyone finding it?

I think they recommend 3 litres (on top of the water used for ur shakes) but no more than 4litres. I have a 1 litre bottle with me and just keep drinking then topping it up throughout the day. Just make sure u spread it out though as it can be dangerous if you drink it all at once. I forgot to get my shake to take to work today so I'm going to have to wait until 6pm for lunch, it's going to kill me lol x

Hang in there, Amy! I did the same thing a few days ago. Just try not to skip dinner even though it will end up being so close to lunch.
