Ok, going to do a food diary. 2 st 1 1/2 lbs off and have been at it since 2nd Jan 2011. I do all extra easy and have up to 15 syns a day and always have semi skimmed milk as my hex a

breakfast
2 slices nimble - hex b
1 teaspoon butter- ?2 syns
2 boiled eggs
1 whole fresh grapefruit

Lunch
1 chicken breast
small jacket potato
lots superfree salad
1 tablespoon helmans e/l- ?2 syns


Dinner
large piece haddock
mash potato
red cabbage
carrots
peas

muller yog
4 oranges
packet french fries -?5 syns

Wow well done you! Fab weight loss! Love your food diary too! Everyones been telling me that I don't eat enough and don't use enough syns, looking at your diary and your weight loss I think Im now in agreement! Well done and plz keep posting x
