    Breakfast

    teaspoon marmalade-2 syns

    chopped mango
    weight watchers vanilla yogurt

    Lunch

    Syn free homemade veg and beef soup
    2 slices nimble - 5 syns
    2 figs
    ww yog

    Dinner

    Roast chicken
    green beans in tomato and garlic
    sw potatoes
    carrots
    yorkshire - 3 syns
    cranberry sauce - 2 syns
    smidge bread sauce - 2 syns

    plums and quark
