Lucky7's Food Diary

After a few months doing Low Carbing I finally had enough, and have returned to Slimming World.

I'm a bit worried that the drastic change might mean an initial weight gain - BUT have missed so many things. Actually woke up at 4am excited about breakfast. Surely no-one should get excited about shredded wheat!

Anyway. Day one food diary:
Shredded wheat (B) and Soya Milk (A)

Muller Light and Grapes

Bean and Cheese (A) Salad with sugar free jelly for pud (0.5 syns)

Quorn chilli and rice with a big salad.

I SO enjoyed having fruit! And yogurt! And everything really. Might have boiled egg and toast soldiers for supper later, but that does seem a bit piggy.:D
