Lucys Winding Road to Target

I Had another diary on here but that fell by the wayside as I fell spectacularly off plan but I'm back and hopefully going to stick to it as much as possible! As I said on my previous diary I started off at 18 Stone after the birth of my little boy and I've now made it down to 10 Stone 6.5lbs in just under three years which has also included the birth of my twin girls and being on and off Plan! I'm starting my diaries from Wednesday as this is when I started back again properly so here it goes :)

So yesterday was a truly bad day diet wise I can't even write down everything I ate because there was just too much :-( so I'm going to get back to it today with new Syns as its the start of my week again

I've just realised I've got a very non slimming world Bank Holiday weekend coming up including a friends hen party, a garden tea party for the jubilee and a BBQ again for the Jubilee! Usually I'd take my own things but I will have the kids by myself as DH is at work and I'm not convinced I'm going to have time to organise myself! I think some damage limitation is going to have to take place and I'll try to make the best choices on the days
