hiya

well i started at 14.5st away last january and managed to get to 11st 10lbs through WW and SW. however after my holiday in sept i never went back to good old pointing and now i weigh 13st again, pretty disappointed in myself more than anything. I rejoined WW in feb and have struggled to lose 5lbs - so here i am

i loved atkins the first time around - so hoping 2nd time lucky for me:D

Today i have had:

Brekkie: 3 x Boiled eggs

Snack: Prawns

Lunch: Salad with Bacon and turkey

Snack:

Dinner: Pork chop x 2 with broccoli and cauliflower cheese

Water x 2 litres plus 2 x green tea

Exercise: 60mins of zumba:D

not really sure what to eat for snacks yet :-( so any ideas would be fab thanks

sounds great :)
snacks :- cheese (may stall you though) pepperami, pork scratchings, prawns, some chicken pieces, boiled eggs
 
I love celery with cream cheese (mixed with horseradish, seem to be developing an addiction to it!), smoked salmon around cream cheese, MiM's (check out the MiM thread) & chorizo. I also have scratchings, boiled eggs. pepperami & left overs. HTH. x
 
Linz whre do you buy the horseradish from?

Just count the carbs :) no need for calories LOL

pork scratchings are just ones i get from tesco/asda. Mr porky i think
 
ah yes, the re education from the tyranny of calories.
 
just back from zumba and feeling great - sitting with my cuppa green tea ready for bed :)

Lunch: Chicken with lettuce, cucumber and celery

Dinner: chicken with mushrooms, with brocolli and cauli with cheese

water x 2litres and 4 x green tea

been another good day with zumba tonight woop woop go me hehe
