Well i kinda started last week but not been 100% but all is changing tomorrow - the kids are back at school :D and i have time for me me me lol

my aim is 1400 plus exercise cals getting eaten back

i am hoping at the end of the month to finally get my fitbit and i will reduce my cals to 1200 and then eat back what i have burned throughout the day

the only issue i have just now is when i am working i burn a lot of cals running up and down a ward - so at the moment on the days i am working i putting in 120 mins of walking at dog walk pace so i can increase my cals on those days only as i dont want to overeat on my days off

On to day 2 - yesterday went fairly well - thinking about joining the gym today

Have a lot of running about today and it helps me keep my my mind free of bad food thoughts :) and the next 3 days I am in the ward and I don't eat anything I shouldn't in the ward as the sister is particular about eating whilst on shift - this i am thankful of loll
