I am starting a diary so I have somewhere to log all my weigh ins

Starting stats

Weight: 15st 10lbs
Height: 5ft 5in

Looking to lose 6st roughly I will stop when I feel comfy

I really hope I lose consistantly - my packs should be here tomorrow and I am keen to get going and see results x

Right I am sitting with box of packs of my knee lol

I am going to wait till later for my first of the day but will have some coffee just now

Quick question what's the difference between the chilli in the foil pack and the one in the white pack??

I am going to do 3 packs and 1 meal x
