im very pleased to report my food here - onwards and downward ladies - i can see the 11's from here just 2lbs to go :clap:

Brekkie: 2 x Ryvita (HEB) & WW Cheese Triangles (HEA)

Snack: Apple

Lunch: Prawn Omelette & 2 x bread (HEB)

Snack: Mussles & Prawn Sticks

Dinner: Pork with onions, mushrooms, peppers, courgettes and tinned toms with some spices :)

Snack: Yogurt- Fuller for Longer - fat free
