hiya

starting today at 15st 5lbs please feel free to give me any advice :) i know i should have a b choice but i don't have any bread or alpine lights handy


today is an EE day:


A:Cheese
B: nothing


why can you not have 2 A's? lol grrrrrr


brekkie: 2 x ww sausage (1 syn), 2 x ww bacon and 1 x egg


Lunch: melon and grape fruit tub thingy


dinner: the chicken noodle soup from the magazine, followed by chicken goujons (made with smash and herbs), huge side salad and a mccain baking potato (1syn), 10g of lurpak lightest (2syns)


about 150mls of 1% milk - about 2 syns?


total 6/70

Not to me hun I've just started a food diary I eat loads! Only not got more on todays cos of the hot weather. :) your food diary sounds ok but I'd be starving after only fruit for lunch lol x
 
lol i wouldnt normally have only have fruit but i was just finished swimming with my daughter and breakfast was very late - thank you for your reply x

Lunch: Chicken noodle soup (chicken, noodles, onion, courgette, carrot, garlic, stock)

Dinner: Salmon, wholewheat pasta, Asda reduced fat Pesto (1.5syns), green beans

Snack: Low Call Jelly - 0.5syns, melon and grapes

Drinks: water with fresh lemon and lime slices (delish) and diet soda

Snack: low fat chicken and herb noodles and strawberries


Dinner: Lean lamb, with carrots, mushrooms, chopped tomatoes and potatoes


Drinks: wine (24syns) - i work shifts and working most of weekend lol i dont do this that often
