Hey guys! I need some serious help!! Lunch is where I blow all my points!! My job is fairly hands on, and I go maybe 4hours between my break and lunch! This normally means I am STARVING!!!

It's so stressful then cuz all I want is a massive lunch full of carbs!! With chocolate! It's actually stressing me out! Had a small portion of curry there now, 6pp roughly and not a dent in my hunger!!!

Any ideas guys?! Anything would be appreciated!

Had you thought about taking food to work with you? By the sound if it you don't currently. Make something the night before like pasta with roasted veg and fat free dressing, or rice with something or if you make spag bol the night before and make double and take the other half the next day?

I would suggest not taking your purse to work either so you can't decide to eat something else, I never take my purse to work these days coz I'll buy coke all day long!

I had a baguette today with home made egg mayo for dinner, it was lovely but I doubt I'll make it again. With a spread of butter it was 22 propoints!!! Thank god I had some weeklies left!

I really like the idea of leaving my purse at home, it's like you know me!!:) with the hot weather I literally have a can of freezing cold club orange every hour! Disaster!

I usually do bring lunch, but I think I then get sooooo starving salad is nothing!

0 point veg soup?
Diet fanta chicken ?

Hi,how many points do you like to spend on your lunch? I find I need to use up about 6 points or I'm hungry and I try to pad out whatever I'm eating with some freebies. If I'm starving I have a 5 or 6p WW meal with some free veg. You could do the veg the night before so u only microwave them. Also, pasta salad with a light dressing and loads of free salad to bulk it out and maybe 1p worth of ham chopped in it. I think wholewheat pasta is more filling. I have the 1p WW bread and have 2 rounds of sandwiches with either ham & salad (bread scraped with the lighter than light mayo) or tuna mayo with cucumber/iceberg lettuce for a total of 6p, very filling. Sometimes I have one of the microwave sachets of oat so simple with skimmed milk and a sliced banana on top. You could take in sugar free jelly to have after lunch too, to help fill u up :)

Do you have access to a microwave? You can make curried vegetables which is next to nothing you would only count your small portion of rice, couscous with roasted veg, soups but I tend to go for protein at lunch time as it fills me up for longer. Salads are great for the summer and more filling than you think.

This is 5pp's, M&S lightly smoked salmon with lemon 4pp's and curried coleslaw1pp

Also 4pp's, asda chicken tandoori mini fillets (roughly 5 or in a pack)

A full packet of pastrami 3pp's, and 2 eggs 4pp's totalling 7pp's

These are some of my lunches I have been munching into this week. Workmates say my salads look amazing and believe me, they keep me going until I get home for dinner
