Extra Easy Lunch time? HELP!

Hi, I'm just starting out with Slimming Wold.

I work very long hours which makes making lunch at home very hard. Does anybody have any ideas for foods I can eat while on my lunch which I don't need to make from home?

Help!

I work 13 hour shifts so always bring my own lunch. If I'm having something like spag bol or chilli for dinner that can be reheated, I make double & take some to work the following day. Or I make a cold tuna pasta, pasta, tuna, cucumber, tomatoes, sweet corn & mayo. It's lovely! Or I make couscous with feta cheese, olives & roasted veg. Yum yum!
 
Agree on the leftovers from the night before, if you have somewhere you can re heat
