Two weeks in now and doing okay....8 lbs down so far so happy days
I am having a bit of trouble counting a favourite wrap of mine and wondered if someone could help. I do get it out of a local deli here in work and am strugglin measuring the portion sizes. The wrap consists of:
Tortilla Wrap (medium)
Portion of Chicken Tikka
Portion of Grated Chedder Cheese
Portion of Stuffing
Spring Onions
Obviously i know this is not the run of the mill "Healthy" wrap but i would like be able to have this once a week and take the hit on the points if you understand.
