Hello Everyone!
So I've started a new weight watchers plan after many failed attempts at fad diets.
I managed to get hold of a copy of a 'Pure points' CD rom which I think calculates the points the same plan as the discover plan. I want to loose about 20lbs(140lb-120lb, I know that sounds slim enough but I'm only 5'3)
Anyway, one of my main problems when it comes to weight loss is my social life, I like to drink on an evening, I go to a lot of events where alcohol is involved too. I'm trying to limit it to twise , Thursdays and saturdays.
If I have 2 bottles of wine a week but are with in my points limit will my weight loss be affected?
Has anyone else got any advise or tips on this?
