hi all, just wanted to share my dinner with u that i had last night!! oh my god it was scrummy!!!!

i made turkey balls with a cube of cheese in the centre baked in pasata with spagetti! it was scrummy!!!! I added garlic, onion and an egg to the turkey mince, wizzed it up in the blended then put 1cm square piece of cheese in each, i expected the cheese to ooze out but it didnt, all stayed firmly in the middle, was sooo yummy!! i only had to count the cheese which was 7.5. yay!!;):p:)

Have you tried the cheesy meatball recipe above? Thats done with Laughing cow extra light and minced beef...same principle, but really lovely.
I actually bought some turkey mince last night for the same idea!
