Today might be a bit tricky as I am out at Pizza Express tonight for a friends birthday so a flexisyn day is in order, have looked at then menu have decided what I want and looked at the back of my Food Optimising book to get an idea of syns.

Lost 5.5lbs so very pleased.

Back from my holiday in France, had a fab time, food wise I could have been better but I certainly could have been a lot worse, and I made sure I got loads of walking in. My scales showing 2lb gain, firmly back on plan today so would be great to drop 1 of those by tomorrow's class, 1lb gain I can certainly cope with!!
