    HEA2: 42g cathedral city light cheddar
    HEB1: Hi fi mint choc bar
    HEB2: 2 x weetabix

    Breakfast: 2 x weetabix, chopped banana, milk from allowance

    Lunch: 2 x eggs, salad, 1 tablespoon Heniz EL salad cream (1 syn)

    Dinner: Jacket potato, beans, cheese

    Snacks: grapes, apple, Walkers Baked (5 syns), Curly Wurly (6 syns)

    Total syns for day: 12 syns

    Water: will aim for 4 pints of sugar free squash plus tea and coffee (with milk from allowance)

    Today might be a bit tricky as I am out at Pizza Express tonight for a friends birthday so a flexisyn day is in order, have looked at then menu have decided what I want and looked at the back of my Food Optimising book to get an idea of syns.

    HEA2: Pizza Express
    HEB1: Hi fi mint choc bar
    HEB2: 42g All Bran

    Breakfast: 42g All Bran, chopped banana, milk from allowance

    Lunch: 1/2 pack roast quorn fillets, salad, 1 tablespoon Heniz EL salad cream (1 syn), Activia Fat Free Vanilla Yoghurt

    Dinner: Pizza Express - Garlic Bread, Spinach & Ricotta Canneloni (20.5 syns)

    Snacks: grapes, apple, Hi Fi Mint choc bar

    Total syns for day: 21.5 syns

    Water: will aim for 4 pints of sugar free squash plus tea and coffee (with milk from allowance)

    HEB2: 2 x Alpen Light Bars

    Breakfast: banana, strawberries, fat free yoghurt and 1 teaspoon honey (1 syn)

    Lunch: homemade watercress soup, ryvita crackerbread, LC EL cheese triangles and Actiivia Fat Free Vanilla yoghurt

    Dinner: quorn fillets in tomato and olive sauce (3 syns), new potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli

    Dinner: not sure might treat myself to chinese (shared with my mum) after WI

    Back from my holiday in France, had a fab time, food wise I could have been better but I certainly could have been a lot worse, and I made sure I got loads of walking in. My scales showing 2lb gain, firmly back on plan today so would be great to drop 1 of those by tomorrow's class, 1lb gain I can certainly cope with!!

    Haven't been shopping yet so literally eating whats already in today but making sure its still on plan.
