    Thought I would start a new food diary to help keep me motivated. Been ill the last 4 months including a short stay in hospital so have gained a fair bit of the 1 1/2 stones I had lost with SW, but I am feeling better now so no excuses time to get back on track. My first goal is whatever I have gained to get off before I go on holiday in October.

    Food diary - Tuesday 16 August 2011

    Always EE

    HEA1: 350mls skimmed milk
    HEB1: 2 x alpen light bars

    Breakfast: bacon & mushroom omlette, baked tomato.

    Lunch: ham salad, mullerlight yoghurt (new york style cheesecake flavour 1 syn), Sunbites (5.5 syns)

    Dinner - Mushy pea curry (with added onions and mushrooms), brown rice

    Snacks: Banana, apple, treatsize chocolate (5.5 syns)

    Total syns for day: 12 syns

    HEA1: 350mls skimmed milk
    HEB1: 28g shredded fruitful

    Breakfast: shredded fruitful.

    Lunch: ham pasta cucumber and tomatoes, mullerlight yoghurt (new york style cheesecake flavour 1 syn), Snackajacks Crunchy (3.5 syns)

    Dinner - not sure going out

    Snacks: Banana, apple, grapes

    Total syns for day: 4.5 so far syns

    HEB1: Roll

    Breakfast: bacon, poached eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes.

    Lunch: roll, tuna, EL mayo (1), cucumber, Mullerlight (free one), quavers (4.5)

    Dinner - eating at my friends but she is doing SW so hopefully all SW friendly

    Snacks: Banana, apple, slice of ham, grapes treatsize chocolate (5.5 syns)

    Total syns for day: 11 syns so far

    Breakfast: bacon, sausage (3), scrambled eggs, beans

    Lunch: slice of bread, spread (1), 1 teaspoon jam (2)

    dinner - gammon, egg, SW chips, salad

    Snacks -

    Dinner - Chilli Lemon turkey, new potaotes, broccoli, carrots, peas

    Snacks: Banana, apple, pear, treatsize chocolate (5.5 syns)

    Total syns for day: 11 syns

    Dinner - Out for a meal, but with a SW target member who no doubt will keep me in check!

    Snacks: apple, pear, nectarine, treatsize chocolate (5.5 syns)
