I am new to this site, been doing ww since Feb and have only lost 7lbs on points, so switching to core next week but trying really hard on my last week of points to get at least 1lb loss. Hope its ok to post my food diaries as and when I get a chance. Also going to stop going to classes from next month when my monthly pass runs out so will be really relying on this message board for support - hope thats ok too!

B - 40g branflakes 1 chopped banana
L - salad, 1 egg sliced, half tub of cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon WW balsamic dressing, low fat yoghurt
D - Quorn peppered steak, 150g new pots, cauliflower, carrots, broccoli & babycorn, WW whip dessert
S - 1/2 tin pears, WW blueberry Bar, WW mini hoops.
2 litres of water
Exercise: walked to and from work (1.5 miles each way).

Todays food is going to be:

B - 2 shredded wheat with skimmed milk
L - beans on toast, yoghurt
D - 1/2 packet beanfeast bologanese, 60g spagetti, 1 tablespoon low fat cheese
S - Nutrigrain, banana, 1/2 tin pears
Exercise: none full of cold
2 litres of water.
20 out of 21 points (might have a couple of snackajack later tonight if feeling peckish.

Food for today will be:

B - 40g special K with skimmed milk
L - 2 slices bread, 1/2 pack of Quorn chicken, 1 teaspoon spread, yoghurt
D - jacket potato, 1/2 tin WW beans, 40g low fat cheese.
S - Banana
2 litres of water
Exercise: none still have cold

Weigh in day today hence why food is a little light

Lost 1/2lb last night quite dissappointed but seems to be part of the course for me. Food today will be:

B - 40g cheerios with skimmed milk
L - 2 slices of bread (small size), 40g low fat cheese, marmite, yoghurt
D - pizza (treat night).
S - Banana
2 litres of water
No exercise today still have cold

Going to estimate 26 points for the day, have some bonus points from earlier in the week.

Oh thank you, I was really disappointed as I had worked pretty hard at it this week although because of my cold couldn't do as much exercise as I wanted!

Food for today:

B - scrambled egg, 2 slices of toast, low fat spread, quorn bacon.

L - not sure yet maybe nothing as breakfast will be in about an hour

D - baked jacket wedges, quorn burger, 2 quorn nuggets, beans, few slices of light garlic bread

2 litres of water
Exercise: 45 mins swimming (34 lengths) 2 bonus points earned

at moment 20 out 21 points
